Requirements |
Before starting the Center |
|
1) The franchise center will operate under the banner of RVE . |
1) The franchise will be awarded on the bases of the technical and
financial strengths of the franchisee. |
2) Guidelines will be given by RVE (Head Office) on the layout of the Institute. |
2) The Franchisee should have a minimum 1000 sq.ft. for the proposed educational center and it should be laid out as per the specifications laid down by RVE. |
3) Guidance will be provided by RVE (Head Office) in the recruitment of Center manager, Faculty members, Counsellors etc. |
3) The Franchisee will have to pay a franchise fee (one time) which is non-refundable. |
4) Advice and Guidance will be provided on the Administration of the Institute. |
4)A Royalty of 15% on total gross student fees every month. |
5) RVE will provide one time Training to four staff members of the franchise in two phases i.e. 1st Phase - 30 days(4 staff members) and 2nd Phase -15 days(1 staff member) at Mumbai (Bombay), as part of the franchise arrangements.
* The cost of travelling, lodging and boarding will be borne by the franchisee. |
5) Weekly Reports covering Visitor, Telephone, inquiries etc. as also any administrative problems or queries should be send via E-mail. |
After starting the Center |

1) The entire Technical and Marketing support required for establishing the training centre will be provided by RVE which will include a set of the following :
- Demo CD will be provided by us.
- Instructional Manuals.
- Office / Administration materials will be provided by us.
- Sales Promotional Material Formats for Newspapers, Matter for Cable advertisements.
- Set of student exercises for most of the courses.
- Sample files of ex-students in the form of colour printouts for most of the courses to justify World class performance of our student.
- Job opportunities to Diploma holder in different parts of India and
World with the help of Internet.
- Global Advertising and Marketing on our website.

6) Monthly Reports covering Visitor, Telephone, inquiries etc. as also any administrative problems or queries should be send via E-mail to RVE (Head Office). |
2) Average Life of any Software program is 6 months maximum hence technical and training support will be provided by RVE (HEAD OFFICE) on an ongoing basis. |
7) Quarterly budgets of Marketing Cost in the particular area to be submitted to the Head Office. This cost is borne 100% by the franchisee as 95% of the Business produced will be from students coming from 3 km area. |
3)The testing of various modules will be controlled by RVE in terms
of setting up of projects and evaluations. All Diplomas and / or Certificates
will be awarded by RVE (HEAD OFFICE) only after the Students have completed the course. |

4) Advertisement cost in local/ regional newspaper is shared equally among all franchisees. |

5) Advertisement at national level is 100% borne by RVE (HEAD OFFICE). |

6) Promotional material like brochures, prospectus etc. will be supplied at
additional cost by RVE on requisition by the franchise. |

7) The course material will be supplied by the franchiser which would be in the forms of module books and/or in some cases supplemented by the text books at additional cost. |
